TILDEN AVENUE SMALL LOT DEVELOPMENT
A small lot subdivision makes it possible to build attached townhouse developments without conventional yard setbacks. It is a way to provide more affordable independent home ownership, especially for first time home buyers. This proposal was for a six unit development on a site in the San Fernando Valley. All of the homes are three stories. The proposal incorporates a range of sizes including one-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom units. Each unit has its own two-car garage and an upper level covered deck area. In addition, all units have dedicated roof mounted solar panels, as well as a wide range of other sustainable systems and materials.
